It is proposed to connect this global by pass  ligne to the Flare header. Configuration involves BDV  to Flare header. This is useful during total Emergency Depressurization facilities for the fire scenario,

this by pass line contain 1 block valve and 02 check valve.

 

 in normal operation this no flow in this by pass line.

 

I ask you if this configuration is allowed by API 521  ( check valve , block valve)
