there are many free and commercial tools for distillation column design / rating

a crude distillation column works as others columns and you use the same tools,

for a list (simulators etc.) see

the list doesn't include Chemsep (another good tool)

to work with Excel there are libraries (see Prode Properties and similar products)

 

if you mean internals I prefer to use the software by manufacturers, I know of one Excel applications but may be there are others,

There are some good organizations who can design your crude column if this is a serious project.
