Hi Scientists/Engineers,

 

 

I have found the answers for the other parts. I'm just not sure how to find the new concentration of the gel (C_g) and the gel thickness (r_c is directly proportional gel concentration). I have also found the product concentration (C_r1 ). I assumed that the concentration of the retentate before the recycle stream is 140.4g/L (C_r2)  the same as the concentration of the product (C_r1). I'm not really sure how to find the concentration of the gel (C_g).The concentration of the gel is 239g/L and the gel thickness is 11.65µm (these are the answers).
