Can any body clear me why Centrifugal compressor speed increase as gas composition changes to higher molecular weight in detail ? As I know that as Molecular weight is increased leads to increase in density, require less energy to compress results in speed increase but I want to know behavior of impellers in both case High molecular weight gas or Low Molecular weight ??

You don't seem to have enough knowledge about centrifugal compressors to ask a proper question. You should first do a bit of research to understand the hydraulics and thermodynamics and behavior of such machines. Search this site and the web and you will find lots of good stuff. But first, understand the fundamental fan laws before going to advanced topics.
