There is a saying "the best way to obtain a correct answer in a forum is not to ask for it, but to state the wrong answer".
In this case, is the same. Please risk an opinion. Do some thinking. People around here will help if you are heading in the wrong direction.
Why do you think you should limit the ratio of air and gas?

Air to gas ratio is there to prevent overheating the secondary reformer and damaging the vessel and catalyst.
The adiabatic flame temperature increases with air to gas ratio.
