Hello

 

Working on concentration of 4% HCl to 21%HCl

 

Searched literature on Google to Find Appropriate vacuum to evaporate water and removal from HCl to get concentrated acid. but not got

 

Please help in this matter

On the following publication you have thermodynamic constant you may use

And and old publication about azeotropes from American Chemical Society (1952)  list the following values:

:

50 mm Hg - 48.7 °C - 23.4%

250 mm Hg - 81.2 °C - 21.9%

760 mmHg - 108.6 °C - 20.2%
