Dear All,

We are bidding for a project. OWNER requested for a Continuous Automatic Backwash  Filter for the Cooling Tower System. Our company has no prior experience of handling such filter.

The rated capacity of the Filter is 156 m3/h. We have floated the inquiry but so far have not received any reply from the vendors.

I would appreciate if you can provide the following information:

1. Mechanism how it works.

2. Utility consumption

3. Reliable company

Thanks a lot for your assistance.

Regards

JK

Hi JK ,

I was trying to tell you that plenty of info are available on the net , just google the key words I mentioned in my reply .

Plenty of manufacturers in China , of course you will consume substantial amount of water during the wash of the filter .

Hi Breizh,

thanks for clarifying....I did search on internet prior to posting the topic on forum. However on the internet only general information is provided. I would like to estimate utility consumption and I could not find any data related to that.

To your question , it all depends of the quality of your raw water .

Typically the kind of equipment I'm going to introduce in my facility for cooling water make up ( river water) .
