for the following Reaction,

C4H10 + 4H2O = 4CO + 9H2

How can i calculate the equilibrium constant of n-butane?

No other data

Which methods can be applied to find?

I am not sure whether gibbs free energy method can be applied or not.

Actually there is no equilibrium. The reverse reaction equiliibrium is established with methane.

You may use gibbs energy minimization to solve the "equilibrium". But it is meaningles since, in actual reactors operation you get methane. Now,calculate the minimum Gibbs energy of a system that includes this reaction and the methanation reaction (and the water shift reaction), and that may start to make sense.

This reaction may be meaningful under a Fischer Tropsch process condition, but not in a steam reformer.
