Normally LPG fire height is taller than 10 m.

I don't know if API 521 is still available for calculating wetted area ?

Dear Mr. Fallah,

I have a vessel that located in an area of 2 m from a LPG Tank, and my vessel has 11 m of  height from the LPG Tank.

LPG fire height is estimated of 12 m (mean that fire can cover the vessel that I wanna protect).

 

My question if API is still a good reference for my study ?

Yes, API 521 is still a good reference..

It's API recommendation; if your'e certain the LPG fire height is 12 m, you can use this estimated value in your design evaluation...
