I would like to set-up a factory to produce White Spirit, Industrial Solvent for Paint Manufacturers.

Could you assist to point me to which Raw Material is best to create this product (so I can look for its supplier) and could you recommend the machinery supplier that can supply all the equipment to set up a plant to produce White Spirit (if not then could you advice what specific equipment is required to set up the plant), Thanks.
