is it possible to simulate air cooler with sprying water at inlet air in aspen hysys? so that So that the air flow remains two-phase and not in equilibrium.

That's not something you want to do in a real operation. There are coolers that are designed to use water, but they are of special design and materials suitable for the conditions. They are called WSAC.
