Because this is in the student forum, I am going to assume that this is an educational exercise. I would note that it is not our purpose as a forum to short-circuit your education by doing your homework for you. A few questions and thoughts that will help us help you:

1) I think there is some value in giving us some background on you -- what course is this part of? What part of that course? Where are you at in your studies? I could see different levels of detail for a first year chemistry student compared to a post-doc student.

2) It seems like there should be more basic information that you can give us: Reaction or reactions you are considering, constants related to those reactions (equilibrium and rate constants potentially seem pertinent to this problem), other preliminary work you have done to show us how you think you will solve the problem.

3) After a couple of days, what efforts have you made to solve the problem? What parts are you understanding and what parts are you really struggling with? There are potentially many different lectures and lessons that feed into a problem like this. A specific question about the parts/lecture topics that you don't understand is much better than a broad, open question where we may potentially need to recreate several lectures worth of material.

We won't do your homework for you, but we are happy to help if you can show us what you have tried and where you are stuck.
