I need to know how to calculate the energy required to condense water from a N2 sweep gas at 1.1 bar and 65°C to decreasing temps, ie. 55, 45, 35...°C and what percentage of water would be collected.  help!

Before you can start, you need to know if the nitrogen is saturated with water at 65 C. Then you can assume ideal behavior to estimate condensation at various temperatures. You should clearly know if the pressure you have listed is gauge or absolute. You can't get good answers without properly stating your question. Surely you have a textbook that gives you the procedure.
