I wonder if I can simulate a turbo-compressor in Hysys ? for the compressor it's straightforward, however, for the turbine ? can I simply use the expander ?

normally you get a package including both compressor and turbine,
manufacturers can provide the details with operating curves,
for preliminary estimates look for some generic value of efficiency (for turbines this varies depending from size),
if you have the operating curves of compressor (or turbine) you can use these,
many tools are available for thermodynamic simulation
(I have used Excel + Prode Properties library)
but specific applications (some adopt CFD codes) can be more accurate.

Use the expander. This is the usual procedure. Configure it so that the compressor work is slightly less than the expander work.

No you cannot
You need to build the whole model of the turbine
