Hello,
there is a ring having 1 inlet and 15 outlet.
Length of outlet pipes:
Pipe no. Length in cm
1. 10
2. 25
3. 45
4. 75
5. 105
6. 10
7. 25
8. 45
9. 75
10. 105
11. 10
12. 25
13. 45
14. 75
15. 105

Inlet is between pipe outlet no. 1 & 2.
At the outlet of each pipe there is orifice
Orifice is same for all the pipe outlets.

So my doubt is that,
there would be difference in flow through each pipe outlet ...am i right or not??
I dont know but it make me think that every pipe must have orifice of different size.
What makes me think like this:
1. Since each pipe length is different pressure loss will be different
2.when my ring is given one inlet..my fluid will likely to go to first pipes..and least flow towards end.
I am confused.
Please help.
Thank you.

Erica,

There seems to be lots of information missing. Maybe you can give us all the information you have.

All i know is it is ring of 2 inch having 15 outlets of half inch. Inlet to ring is also of 2inch.
And they want there flow must be same through all the pipe outlets so they have orifice at the end of outlet pipe before entering to reactor.
Ring is under positive pressure.
You can tell what other data you want i can ask them and revert you
