Hi, forum

We have a task of engineering for toxic waste incineration. It will be rathrer big with total heat duty ~150MW. We made a contact with a couple manufacturers but it seems they are interested in selling more than sufficient information for whole unit engineering. So we need some "plan B".

I would like to provide preliminary flue gas dispersion modelling concerning ecology issues for emergency subunit - an independent emergency incinerator (looks like some enclosed flare). This emergency incinerator has no flue gas treatment or heat recovery so I should only estimate combustion products rate and concentration.

We are on stage of feasibility study and can operate with average "miidle-industry" figures. Can anyone help me with rough combustion modelling/estimation?
