I have a project in which my feed is pumped through some heat exchangers and then go into the column.But when I switch to dynamic, feed rate value was smaller than steady state value, about 5% or less.

Agree.. I was once struggling with the flow when I firstly turned the simulation into dynamic mode. But when I put the flow control loop in the stream, I can get the flow as I wanted.
