Why some of the air blower suction flow measurement by Kg/hr instead of Nm3/hr or Sm3/hr? I came across many compressors or blowers where suction flow measurement is Kg/hr and not in Nm3/hr especially from manufactureres documents.

It is due to independence of air (or any other gases) mass flow rate to density which can be changed based on the installation altitude from the sea level...
