Dear all expert

In design practical, Can we route high pressure condensate 13 barg and Low pressure condensate 6 barg to the same flash steam drum? If not, why?

Your sharing will be appreciate.

it is commonly done, also refinery-wide, when the amount of the higher pressure condensate is low.

of course, it is very important to realize the flash as close as possible to the drum (ie to put the last valve at min distance from the inlet nozzle).
