Dears,

 

I have a great question for all of you.

 

1. we have equipment upstream and downstream with 3" flanges. we cannot go for 2"x4" jacket pipe

2. actual jacket pipe is 1"1/2 x 3" and is getting stuck frequently

 

is is possible to go from 1"1/2 x3" to an out of standards 2"x3". We have been suggested that even if we have 4 90° elbow and there clearly the radius is not one the double of the other..they could make something "ad hoc".

 

that would be great and solve for sure our issue about plugging, but still ... which kind of certification shall i consider to be sure that I cover everything?

I think that you may use 3" x 3" x 3" T connection.  The spared 3" is capped for cleaning plugs.

ty for support, I just realized that 2"long radius and 3" short radius are perfectly matching
