Which is difficult to reform Naphtha or Methane
Why can't we use the same catalyst used in Naphtha Reforming for Methane Reforming in the primary Reforming ?

Naphtha is a little more difficult as it requires feed vaporization and a Prereformer, which methane does not require.
Some methane reformers however also have a Prereformer.
Both are possible, choice between designing a reformer for naphtha or methane feed is purely economical.
I don't think there is a difference in catalyst in the reformer furnace tubes.
