Hi,

I'm modeling iron ore reduction in a shaft reduction furnace based on Midrex technology. I'm a mechanical engineer and new to the field of process engineering. I was wondering which software (Aspen HYSYS or Aspen Plus) is more suitable for modeling this process which has solid gas reactions based on iron ore reduction?
