this message is for contacting to a company that it designs and it makes and it provides to chiller with the purpose of asking for a proposal to them for a project in PDVSA "El palito Refinery" located in Carabobo state, Venezuela.

The title proyect is "New Tank and Isobutane compressors, this consists in the installation of a new isobutane tank and replacement of the cooling system compressors.

In the project is considered the Chiller installation (Cooling system whit propane). For thr cooling of a fluid that can be at two different conditions and this is next described:

1. Cooling of the isobutane vapour accumulated in the 12 in piping equivalent to 62,000 lb/h, vapour isobutane a 50°F and 60 psig.

2. After the previous step the system is required to cool 1,039,000 lb/h of liquid isobutane at 20°F and 50 Psig from the discharge of the ship.

In both previous scenes is necessary to obtain as result liquid isobutane at 11°F.

We need this proposal as soon as possible because we will be preparing the licitation process. We'll also need the asociated cost and the delivery time in your proposot.
