Ammonia plant in our company has it's boiler feedwater pump driven by an back pressure turbine.
Over the years the exhaust pressure and temperature has gone from 12ksc and 280C to 13ksc and 300C with same inlet condition of 45ksc and 380C
What could be the possible reasons and how to over come it?

I'm really no expert on steam turbines, but I would assume something changed about the downstream process, did you check that?

Sure sir one thing to mention is that the 12ksc header pressure is kept high at 12.4ksc due to process purpose

If the header pressure is kept constant then how can turbine outlet pressure have gone from 12 to 13 ksc ? Is there a control valve in the turbine outlet line?

Without a P&ID it remains guessing.

Seems like you have done no investigation as yet. You need to collect data and do some calculations.
