Where can I find information regarding the amount of industrial waste heat (per plant) released from the different chemical industries? and how much electricity can they generate if recovered?

I will be using ORC (Organic Ranking Cycle) in the conversion of heat to electricity. The cycle will be designed and optimized later on.

An internet search for 'chemical industry energy efficiency' would be a good starting point. What method would you use to convert waste heat into electricity? Not all waste heat is usable and there are additional inefficiencies in electricity generation. Supply the full details of your research topic and you may get more hints.
