Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment for Pumping of High RVP (around 12 psi) and High Organic Sulphur (100 ppm) Naphtha @ 1000 M3/Hr in to Floating Roof Tanks for following two cases:

  1. The floating roof tank is empty.
  2. The floating roof tank is filled 2/3 rd with low RVP (8-9 psi) naphtha.

The assessment is to be done with respect to the impact on roof stability, rim seal reliability and overall floating roof tank integrity.
