HC gas @ 5 mmscfd with known composition

pressure 200 psig

inlet : 300 ppm H2S

outlet : 4 ppm H2S required

bed exhaust time: 2 years

 

fixed bed of media like Schlumberger Sulfatreat

 

Kindly advice on the calculation for sizing the media bed height required for the above service please.  

 

process scheme is as shown in page 7 of the attached file.

Hi,

It should be adsorbent not absorbent!

Why don't you ask vendor(s) ?

Drop them an email , contact in the links above. 

 

note : It seems that the disposal of the spent adsorbent could be an issue ..... Cannot be regenerated .

I think it's a reactor, not an adsorber.
