Hello everyone!
Could you please inform me if you know any commercial software for steam balance calculations?

If you have a process simulator, use it. I have an acquaintance, Hazem Haddad, who developed some software a few years ago. I don't know if he sells it. You can find him on LinkedIn. Attached is a user manual.

I would suggest use of ProSteam by KBC Advanced Technologies. It is an excel add-in and very easy to develop a steam balance model using it.
