Hi,

 

Does anyone have any standard process control philosophy of a hot oil system that is incorporated in equipment requiring heating (e.g. press). 

We have a process that we need to raise the maintain the temperature of the press for approximately 5minutes and then cool it down at a certain rate.

 

Heating rate is a key parameter that we would like to adjust and test.
