Hello every body
well!! i want to know the technical reason whene we choose the place of a TV valve ( to monotoring flow of hot oil)
in a heat exchanger to have more clarify i hav verified some PIDs, i have noticed that somme times they put the valve apstream ( befor)the heat
exchanger and other times they put it downstream ( after) the heat exchanger
could any one tell me the reason please?
