Dear All,

I am working on tomato ketchup plant sizing exercise.

I need to submit the PTS-Production time schedule for the 24 hrs operation of the plant.

Looking for PTS Tool, or if anyone is having excel format sheet then please guide me or share it.

Why don't you try to build your own using excel ?

Actually I had worked this sheet on different format. Above format is not suitable for our requirement.

Ex. time required to complete batch preparation, then transfer time, then holding time and then packing. these are the major operations in production cycle.

so for us we have to prepare this in 24 hrs format. I am working on it ,lets see ! Thank you for your response.

You may need to work on cycle time , I've attached a document which explains the methodology.
