For example, for tube side, the equation for heat transfer coefficient (HTC) is

Nu = 0.027 (Nre)0.8 x (Pr)0.33

This equation reduces to,

h = (k0.67 x G0.8 x c0.33 ) / (D0.2 x μ0.47 ).

This equation makes it easy to understand that by manipulating a parameter to what extent we will be affecting the tube side HTC. I want to do the same for shell side HTC. I want to know this information because I am trying to learn HTRI and I want to know more about what parameters affect shell side heat transfer coefficient.
