Hi guys, my reactions are kinetic reactions and I have keyed in into hysys. I am using PFR to simulate it but apparently my conversion of isobutene is damn low. So here are my following reactions for oxidation of isobutene.

Isobutene + oxygen -> methacrolein + water

Isobutene + oxygen -> carbon dioxide + water

Isobutene +oxygen -> acetone + water + carbon dioxide

Isobutene + oxygen -> acetic acid + water + carbon dioxide

the reaction is exothermic and i was given to obtain 50 kgtonne/annum of methacrolein. The plant operates at 8000h/annum. The current conversion I am obtaining is very low (~ 25% ) for methacrolein. I have checked my kinetics with others and it seems to be correct. I have tried using adjust module but hysys was just continuously integrating. I have also tried varying temperature and pressure. It did not work. I am just wondering what's the issue as my friends are able to get up to 80% of the conversion. Could it be sizing of PFR? I have attached some information of my aspen here.

Please advice. Thank you.

Is it isothermal or adiabatic?  Check the kinetics and reactor volume again, there must be a mistake somehwere.
