Is recirculation creates vaccum in vessel ?

Can you explain what is the matter, process conditions, fluids and P&ID or process diagram.

We have simply a reaction vessel in which we create vaccum to absorb gas. Since the gas is at high pressure not much vaccum needed in absorption side so we use pump and circulate absorbing fluid no venturi in line only packing columns and then vessel..so does circulation of fluid in packed column create vaccum in gas nozzle..?

It depends. please attach P&ID or PFD.  We need to see how the venturi is used.
