WHY THE HEAT EXCHANGER SIMULATION APPEAR FLASH FAILURE CALCULATION WHEN I PUT THE SHELL SIDE PARAMETER (H2O) INLET temperature 42 and 80 and tube side gas (co2) inlet temp. 97 and calculate out let appear flash failure calculation...where the problem plz

By setting the water side temperature difference and flow rate, you are also fixing a duty for the exchanger. I suspect when you apply that duty to the gas side, the resulting gas condition would be unrealistic. The simulation cannot supply a converged answer for the conditions you supplied.
