Good day.

We're trying to replicate the study of Luyben on Ethylene Oxide to Ethylene Glycol production using Reactive Distillation (through RadFrac module in Aspen Plus):

Our simulations do not converge and it displays the following errors as shown on the images. Our column specs are also shown on the images.

I suggest changing your specifications. It might help to make one of your column specs a product flowrate. Do not be too concerned about the correct answer at first. The first goal is to get a converged simulation, then make changes a bit at a time to lead the model to the correct answer.
