[CHEMSTRONG]

Dear Sir,

 

Background : CHEMCAD V7  Simple Process Model integrated with Excel. Used CHEMCAD Datamaps feature for this.

 

I wanted to know about integration of CHEMCAD with Excel . I am facing issues like MS OLE error while connecting Excel with CHEMCAD Datamap .When this error comes, results from model are not populated to Excel sheet as well no input will go to model from Excel. 

This is highly disturbing issue as it hinders integration between two softwares completely.

 

But I often get these errors though i have given correct Data MAP path in CHEMCAD  model. I have very simple unit operation model in CHEMCAD. I wanted to operate this model from Excel Sheet like giving inputs to CHEMCAD and getting results back to excel also.

 

But I used CHEMCAD Datamap for this and used To CC and To Worksheets in DataMaps correctly.

 

I am very frustrated with this error as it prohibits my integration exercise completely.

 

Respected Members, please guide me how to come out of this error.
