Dear Sir,

for any compressor in Refinery, where some oil is injected in compressor discharge to wash away deposits /foulants etc., when we reach to discharge KODs, as temp decreases, density diff increases and ease separation now. but in aftercoolers, we decrease temp and so density diff decreases, will it make it difficult for oil and water separation in KODs as solids and foulants will help stabilize emulsion ??

Any advice?

Regards,
