Hi,
Sometimes, I observed that ASPEN PLUS does not get connected to ASW workbook on pressing Enable Button on ASW. Sometimes, it took me 5 tries . Though internet connectivity and License committ is good why are we facing this issue ?

Where are Aspen+ and ASW workbook files each located? C: drive? Server? Maybe it's a time to connect/communicate issue. I'd put them both on my C: drive. Of course, a solid state C: drive would be the best.
