What are 3 different process routes to make PF resin from formaldehyde and phenol
i am only aware of resols and novolacs

That looks like a good research problem for you. How do you plan to tackle it? On its face, a web search might be non-productive. Was the answer covered in class? Does the teacher expect you to find the answer or is this one of those questions that no student is really expected to get so the teacher can show how smart he is when the answer is revealed?

Sorry, I know only two. A resole and a novalac. But your question is not 100% clear to me, so I may have it wrong.
