please, i need help in understanding Flow Balancing Logic system.thanks for your cooperattion as ever.

So, what is it you don't understand? In what process do you want to use it, what is the problem with it, what is your background? It is very difficult to answer a question that is not specific.
I would say, the answer is 42.

Joerd,

1. What does flow-balancing logic system means?
2. It is proposed to be used in the inlet of successive filters to achieve equal flow, such that when there's low flow rate, equal distribution of fluid is maintained.
3. The problem is that i am new to the terminology and control system, i need information and logic behind its principle of operation.
4. Am a process engineer working in engineering design firm
