How is it possible to have several phase envelopes for several oil fractions (material streams) in a single figure in HYSYS? (Without having to copy-paste the data to another spreadsheet like Excel)

You can't do that in Hysys. You can automate the transfer to Excel (see the Aspentech support website), but copy / paste (or paste link) works easiest.
