After develpoment a model for the process. For what kind of model what kind of simulating environment I should use.

Gee, how do you expect us to answer such a general question? You can choose a simulation model ranging from the back of an envelope to a sophisticated CFD model, dependent on the data you have and the accuracy of the results that you need.
