Hi All,

I am a new member to this forum and also fairly new to Pro/II. I know the basics and have worked on less complex Pro/II problems every now and then.

I have a task of generating a Pro/II 7.1 model for a Coker unit which requires the use of UASs to calculate the Product Yields based on feed rate and properties. unsure.gif Note that it is a requirement that one should be able to manipulate these RPARMs and the model should by itself calculate new product yields if these parameters were changed by the user.

Could someone please help me get started on how I can accomplish this. The thing is I am supposed to ask for the info I need. For this, I should know everthing about the UAS functionality.

Thanks in advance.

I asked the company and I am waiting for their reply.

What if there's already a proprietory model created by the company. How can I use it? When I add the UAS to my PFD, a window with a dropdown menu pops up. Here, I see an option for selecting Delayed Coker Model as a subroutine. I seletcted this model and input all the parameters from an older version of the Coker simulation that got from the company. This UAS does not converge for strange reasons.
