In our plant we are dosing Chlorine-di-oxide in Chlorine Contact Tank for reducing COD.

Also we are dosing mixture of Sodium hypochloride and Hcl for reducing BOD . How chlorine di oxide reduces COD. Also how mixture of sodium hypochloride and hydrochloric acid reduces BOD
