Hello to everyone!

First off I'm a newbie, so be easy on me. I'm not too familiar with any policies running around here. Secondly, like most newbies, I'm in desparate need of help, so... HELP!!!

I'll keep it short and simple. I have finals coming up. Unfortunately since I'm busy with my BS project, I didn't get to spend much time on heat transfer simulation (my course is limited to the HYSYS simulator), and I was wondering whether anyone had any extra tutorials which aren't copywrited, and whether they'd be willing to email them to me? Problems would do as well (with or without solutions) just so I can get the hang of things and know what to expect.

Another thing, we weren't supposed to learn dynamic modelling, but I tried using a furnace for another project in HYSYS, and the whole process had me intrigued. It wasn't as simple as I thought it would be. So, again, any tutorials, or guidance, would be highly appreciated.

But before going into these subjects, obtain a copy of D.Q. Kern's "Process Heat Transfer". There you will find the way for battling almost every problem you may encounter in the practice. Hysys is just a tool for speeding-up the calculation procedure, and almost nothing more than that. And it is not so reliable in heat transfer design applications.

Thanks a lot for the help, I have checked Kern out, and I'm well aware of HYSYS' lack of ability in simulating heat transfer problems, which is why I asked for all that I did! Anyway, the link was a great one, and I think will be of enormous help.
