If any design engineer can palce the formula for sizing a flash drum to seperate urea solution and gases. Is gas-liquid kock out drum sizing formula can be applied to it wherein terminal velocity is calculated and based on it vessel is sized. What sould be the droplet sixe is taken for urea if the same formula is applied.

Your poor grammar and spelling make it difficult to understand your question. Use the Brown-Sauders Equation for determining the diameter needed for a vertical gas-liquid K.O. Drum. You do not need a droplet size for this calculation.
