Dear all,
Whenever designing the GES EJECTOR ,the molicular weight of the gas is important factor or not?kindly inform about the design method or resourses.
Regards,

Mass and volumetric flows of suction gas are inter-dependent variables, and factor is molecular weight.
Quotation:
"For the most effective design of a jet vacuum pump the following data are required:
Suction medium:
- composition, mol mass [kmol/kg]
- suction flow ·M0 in [kg/h] or [kg/s]
- suction pressure p0 (absolute pressure) [mbar]
- temperature T0 [°C]
- counter pressure p (absolute pressure) [mbar]
Motive medium:
- pressure, p1 (over pressure or absolute pressure) [bar]
- temperature T1 [°C]
Cooling medium:
- temperature[°C]
- head pressure [bar]
These data determine arrangement, number of stages, motive and cooling medium consumption."

I hope this helps in your query. I remember GEA website had very useful charts for estimating ejector load/size, but I couldn't find them.
