Just like to know is there a simple table containing General Corrosion ratings for most of the common materials in ranking order for easy reference?
I tried searching online and some studies but only found bits and pieces. Some mention they Common names while others refer to their code names.
Would be great if there's a simple list that contains most of the materials and it's common/code name.
I'm more interested in
Titanium
Hastelloy
Inconel
Monel
Bronzes
Copper
316 SS
304 SS
Duplex
Super Duplex
and any common materials i left out. I'm not a chemical/material specialist but i think it would be great to have an idea whether the materials used for piping, valves is good or not. And a simplified list would be very useful for quick reference.
