I have a gas flow under Standard Conditions but I need it at some specific T and P. How can I do to convert it automatically in Hysys?
Note: I automatically retrieve the gas flow with Visual Basic and insert into the inlet stream.
Regards.

Your question is not clear...
You have a stream with composition at standard conditions. This will define all the necessary properties of your stream.
Now, you want the stream at P & T... isn't just change the P & T in the stream as you wish ?
May use the BALANCE operation unit for automation...

Why can't you do it directly, by specifying desired P, T parameters to the stream? Or using "Mole Balance" operation, as suggested by Joe?

Dear,
If you have the gas flow at STP and you need to calculate it (I interprete from your post that you need just flow and not the properties) at some T and P. Then why you need Hysys? If your interest is to say the properties at different T and P of the Gas apart from just flow then you can define a stream say by name A giving your STP condition and the gas compositions and you can find all the intrinsic properties for the stream at STP and once you give your flow value it will converge your stream. Now you can put the Balance Operation which is under logical operations category to update the required conditions from the stream A by checking the right parameter (here should not use mass and heat or mole and heat balance options). And you can change T and P and see the effect of these variations on your volumetric flowrate and the properties of the new streams.
